The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

Our intellectual property: We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

License to you: Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download/print portions of Content for personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose only.

Restrictions: No part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Your submissions: By sending feedback, suggestions, or other information (“Submissions”), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission, and we may use it for any lawful purpose without compensation.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• Registration information is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have legal capacity and will comply with these Legal Terms.
• You are not a minor in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use bots/scripts/automation to access the Services.
• You will not use the Services for illegal/unauthorized purposes.
• Your use will not violate applicable law/regulation.

You may be required to register. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all use of your account. We may remove, reclaim, or change a username if we determine it is inappropriate or objectionable.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Easypaisa
• Jazzcash
• Bank Account
• Binance

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update such information as needed. All payments shall be in PKR (base currency). Prices may be displayed in other currencies based on your selection. We may correct pricing errors even after payment is requested or received.

Billing and Renewal: Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you purchase (typically every 30 days).

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. For help, email info@anabiatools.com.

Fee Changes: We may change subscription fees and will communicate any price changes as required by law.

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

If software is provided with a EULA, the EULA governs. Otherwise, we grant a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable license to use it solely in connection with our Services. Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties.

You agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data/content to create a database/directory without permission.
• Trick/defraud/mislead users or attempt to learn sensitive account information.
• Circumvent security features or copy/disable protections.
• Use the Services to harass/abuse harm others, or violate laws.
• Upload viruses/trojans or use automated systems (bots, scrapers, scripts).
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions, reverse engineer software, or impersonate others.
• Use multiple devices / multiple IPs in ways that violate our rules.
• Sell or transfer your profile.

The Services does not offer users to submit or post content.

You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices.

By submitting suggestions or feedback, you agree we can use and share it for any purpose without compensation.

The Services may include links to Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content. We do not monitor or verify such content and are not responsible for it. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and you should review their terms/policies.

We may allow advertisers to display advertisements in certain areas. We only provide the space and have no other relationship with advertisers.

We may monitor the Services for violations, take legal action, restrict access, remove content, and manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.

Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by it. If you access from outside Pakistan, you consent to transfer and processing of your data in Pakistan.

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may deny access, terminate accounts, and take legal action at our discretion, including for breach of these Legal Terms.

We may change or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for downtime or inability to access the Services.

Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least 90 days before arbitration (except where excluded). Arbitration is limited to disputes between the parties individually (no class actions).

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and change/update information at any time without prior notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, violation of rights, or harmful acts toward others.

We may maintain data for performance. You are responsible for data you transmit and waive claims arising from data loss/corruption.

You consent to electronic communications and agree electronic records satisfy legal requirements for writing. You agree to the use of electronic signatures and delivery of records.

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement. If a provision is unlawful/unenforceable, the remainder remains valid. We may assign rights/obligations; delays/failures beyond control are not our liability.
